Online Billboards Terms of Video Creation and Usage

Video Elements Source

• All footage is sourced exclusively from our verified partner network.
• Clients may provide their own video clips for inclusion in the project.
• Client-provided clips must meet our technical specifications.
• We retain right to reject unsuitable or problematic client footage.
• We do not provide custom filming, recording, or on-location shooting.
• Voiceovers are generated using AI technology.

Non-Partner Footage Requests

• Footage from non-partner sites may be available, but at additional cost.
• Client is responsible for all licensing fees from non-partner sources.
• Additional service charges apply for sourcing non-partner content.
• There is no guarantee that non-partner footage will be available or affordable.
• Extended production timelines may apply for non-partner content acquisition.
• Custom video editing and production is based on client specifications.

Client-Provided Content

• Client is responsible for owning rights to any footage client submits for the video.
• Client warrants that their clips are free from copyright infringement.
• VISIONxe Inc is not liable for legal issues arising from client-provided content.
• Client footage is subject to our quality and content standards review.

AI Voiceover Terms

• Voiceovers are generated using artificial intelligence technology.
• Multiple voice options and languages are available where supported.
• Client acknowledges AI-generated nature of voiceover content.

Video Length & Pricing

• Base service includes up to 75 seconds of final video.
• Additional charges apply for every 5-second increment beyond 75 seconds.
• Video length is calculated based on the final edited output.
• Minimum billing increment for extensions is 5 seconds.
• Client must approve additional charges before exceeding 75-second limit.
• Voice customization limited to available AI parameters

Usage Rights & Licensing

• Any video for an Online-Billboard remains the sole property of VISIONxe Inc.
• After the Online Billboard contract expires, VISIONxe Inc may offer client a license to use, or to purchase, the video used on the said Online-Billboard, for an agreed upon price.
• The client retains the rights to their own provided footage, images or graphics.

Service Limitations

• No customized video or audio recording or production service is offered.
• Partner footage availability is subject to inventory and licensing.
• Non-partner footage is subject that provider's licensing approval.
• AI voiceover quality may vary based on script complexity.

Intellectual Property

• The final full-video ownership remains with VISIONxe Inc.
• Any footage rights remain with the original owners.
• Client warrants ownership of any submitted clips, images or graphics.
